Refunds
We strive to ensure that every customer is fully satisfied with their blueroof360 website. However, we understand that there are several situations that may warrant a refund. Set up fees will be refunded if canceled within 10 days of the initial setup of the account.
Monthly fees will not be refunded, unless we find that we have inadvertantly charged your card for a monthly fee that was not part of our agreement.
Cancelations
Cancelations must be submitted in writing 60 days prior to the end of your service. Cancelation requests may be submitted to support@blueroof360.com
