This Foothill home was built in 1994 with the express purpose of cashing in on the East Bench's bananas panoramic views. We know that the vistas this area affords precede it, but those from nearly every window of this contemporary casa are stellar. Like, "clear across the valley and all the way to the Oquirrhs" kind of stellar. Inside, we're smitten with the clean lines, asymmetrical massings, and oversized windows (and, subsequently, the copious amount of natural light). There's a sense of airiness in this interior-courtesy of tall ceilings, skylights, and a neutral palette-but the exterior is just as dreamy. There's a three-car garage (with a heated driveway), and the whole backyard is surrounded by spruce and noble fir, making it ideal for a touch of privacy. We think this seems like a perfectly-private spot with a perfect proximity to all things city livin'. And it's "wins" all around.
